    This challenge is NOT a cookie cutter for getting skinny quick. I will not ask you to buy supplements, skinny teas or special shakes. It is about learning how to incorporate healthy habits into your life. It is about overcoming any fear of change and challenging you to make decisions that will have a long term impact!     Getting your best summer body is easy to do when you have a plan. A well thought out plan of action will keep you focused and help you to see your progress as you move along.
